Polishing Hard Chromium Plating |
May improve surface appearance of mould. After such processing technics, mould may have following advantages: smooth, bright, anti-erosion, anti-wear, anti-rust and easy mould separation; prolong service life of module for 3-10 times; improve production efficiency and quality of mould products, especially mirror surface mould, household articles moulds and fan mould etc.. Degree of finish of module being plated may satisfy mirror surface requirement and 1 time higher than degree of finish of module being manually polished. The surface hardness may reach Rockwell 60º-70º. Particularly, defective goods of transparent mould during process of production may be greatly reduced while their quality is improved. This eliminates problems of scratching arise during module cleaning process, has anti-rust effects and do much benefits to production of PVC, PC etc. plastics which have some extent of corrosiveness.
